1 – Identity of the data controller
The data controller is the company Moustache Bikes/SAS CYCLE ME, which has its registered office at Zone INOVA, 5 Allée 2 – 5, Rue du Ruisseau – 88150 Thaon-les-Vosges, France, and whose legal representative is Olivier CANTET in his capacity as Director.
2 – Purposes of the processing
e-thagorio.gr may process your Personal Information:
(a) for the purpose of providing you with the information or services you have requested (in particular: sending the newsletter); and/or
(b) for the purpose of managing your warranty claims following the registration of your bicycle on our Website; and/or
(c) for the purpose of collecting information that allows us to improve our Website, and our products and services (in particular by means of cookies)
3 – Recipients
e-thagorio.gr is the only recipient of your Personal Information. Whether in individual or aggregated form, this is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors of which e-thagorio.gr makes use (you will find more information about these in point 7 below). Neither e-thagorio.gr nor any of its subcontractors sells the Personal Data of visitors to and users of its Website.
4 – Retention period
Your Personal Information is held by e-thagorio.gr only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in point 2 above, which may not in any case exceed 60 months, i.e., the warranty period for our bicycle frames.

However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of Personal Data incumbent on e-thagorio.gr, you are informed that your request will be processed on the condition that you provide proof of identity, in particular by producing a scan of a valid ID card (if your request is submitted via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of a valid ID card (if your request is submitted in writing).
e-thagorio.gr informs you that it will be entitled to oppose any manifestly unreasonable enquiries (by their number, or their repetitive or systematic nature).

6 – Response times
e-thagorio.gr undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the receipt of your request.
7 – Authorised service providers and transfer to a non-European Union country
e-thagorio.gr informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and communicate the data collected through the various forms on the Website.
For the analysis of our Website, we use Google Analytics, an online analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google uses servers located in the USA for this purpose.
